I don't think they're really White "Supremacists".
I think they should settle with calling themselves "White Male Nationalists".
Because even they themselves think Jewish people and Asians have higher IQ's (in one episode of the cartoon Murdoch Murdoch, "the Master Race" was in THIRD place (that rhymes).
Plus, they REALLY hate women. And while there are white women who participate in this movement, I believe it is to the chagrin of the white male leaders; white women are quite literally considered property to be bred in the pursuit of producing more white babies for the race to not be "replaced" (rhymes again!).
I've been fascinated with them for a while, since like last year, since like, the Presidential election and the run-up to it( when everyone who is ANYONE claims to have gotten "red-pilled" last year, to the Alt-Right side; I consider white male nationalism to be on the extreme end of the Alt-Right spectrum).
The Presidential election really rearranged a lot of the political priorities of political people in general
People who were "left", who supported Bernie Sanders are now either even more hated as "Bernie Bros" or full out "right-wingers" and voted for Donald Trump (some people voted for Donald Trump after the fiasco at the DNC convention because they couldn't swallow the corruption that was being played out before them on a silver platter. It was a case of "yes, this is how fucked we are" - who would vote for that? It was the final straw that broke the camel's back, and a major fuck you to vote the other way. The Powers That Be did not anticipate such a crack in THAT facade...)
So much rearrangement and derangement has occurred, say what you like about Donald Trump. His ascendancy to being the primary Republican candidate and his subsequent election as President (yeah, he was democratically elected people, I know this country likes to undermine that occurrence, especially in other countries), and his appearance as a wild card entity has exposed a lot of the hypocrisy relative to BOTH parties, especially the Democratic one.
Which makes me really happy, because I fucking HATE the Democratic party.
Every four to eight years I have to contend with the LIE that they are slightly better than the Republicans; I've been bullied, people have even tried to hit me when I've insisted on voting for Ralph Nader instead of Al Gore or John Kerry. And then we get stuck with four to eight years of a shit world with no progress in public transportation, the environment, healthcare, the economy, ANYTHING THAT ACTUALLY MATTERS (but the Obamas were SO ELEGANT, why can't THEY come back??? That shit just kills me...).
Sigh. The swinging pendulum that has kept and continues to anchor the system in place. Any honest observer has come to this conclusion, but too many people are ignorant or too invested in their "side" (money, prestige, something to do) to ever participate in changing this.
So anyone who says anything different to this crap is going to be attractive to people who are sick of the same 'ol same 'ol, even if it's really off the wall cruel "satire" like the Daily Stormer, or the information-less rantings and ravings of an Alex Jones or Jeff Rense
The middling liberal left have been too immersed in repeating the same mild platitudes and rewriting the same lame articles ringing their hands about the environment and politics to offer anything dynamic ( and they talk about THE SAME THINGS YEAR AFTER YEAR AFTER YEAR) You could pick up an issue of the Nation from ten years ago and it would STILL be relevant because they are complaining about THE EXACT SAME THINGS
And yes, it's because the same problems exist and haven't been solved but they also haven't really provided any solutions to them either, and haven't really fought for or offered meaningful ones ( especially when their solution to most things is to...yes. vote for the Democratic party).
So the system stays in place for another four years and oh my god, I feel like a moron saying this, because it's so OBVIOUS, but nothing ever changes!
Okay, so you get a candidate like Donald Trump, who offers a departure from the status quo, and people vote for him because they're sick of THIS SHIT ( the mainstream media tries to sell the idea that the majority of his supporters are white supremacists and/or racists, and that's just not true). While they may form a part of his base, that "base" votes for white male candidates any opportunity it gets, so yeah, nice try
I'm just tired of the hysteria, and the thoughtlessness of liberal political pundits, and the snooty ignorance and mindlessness of college-educated trendy white and black people who buy into these weird saccharine versions of history and platitudes about being intermittently outraged about things that are taken out of context and proportion but who are ultimately satisfied with the status quo (what a freaking mouthful). And they are not just satisfied with it, they are drunkenly ignorant about it yet angrily defensive about it; they're like well-programmed pit bull dogs trained to attack.
I'm tired of the phony outrage and how if you read about THIS, or you talk about THAT, you are judged. You're not allowed to explore, or learn, or think for yourself. People must be protected because they will be "recruited" if they're exposed to "the hate" ( I fucking HATE that word: HATE).
The "hate". A word coopted by the elite.
You're "hateful". You need to be judged.
So, there has been a fascination with the emerging Alt Right movement in this country ( and others too) amongst internet trendies, because geopolitically its criticism has been useful, and it 's been a useful foil to commercial-news liberal whitewash. But I can extricate the bits I like from the rest of its analysis (which tends to disparage women and non white people) because that's what critical thinking involves.
Many years ago I used to hear ALL THE TIME in school and around that far enough into the 21st century, the demographics of the United States was going to drastically change in favor of people of Hispanic ethnicity. (Not the Hispanic "race" mind you, because it is an ethnicity; you can be white and Hispanic, you can be black and Hispanic, you can be Asian and Hispanic, etc.) So I guess it should come as no surprise (but it does to a lot of people, myself included, because I was IGNORANT, SHIELDED from this), that certain white people were going to be upset by this.
This movement was going to dovetail with a political candidate and this was going to flip the political landscape completely OVER.
I'm glad. Hollywood elites are seen as the vile hypocrites that they truly are, people are defecting from "the Right" and "the Left", thinkers who had previously been cast as verboten (like Camille Paglia) are coming back into rigeur.
And NOT because these people are right, but because they have something to offer. They can add to the conversation, ALL voices add to the conversation. But to be honest, even this is still disappointing because they were here before, so where are the new voices?
The ones who can inject nuance into an explanation of political phenomena, the ones who can be honest enough to put on the brakes and extricate the lies from the truth and not exaggerate or lie for greater effect.
Youtube has also been extremely instrumental in this, because now you can watch videos of all kinds of viewpoints and you can construct your own worldview.
Or well, you used to be able to...
For those people who criticize organizations like the ACLU (who defend even White Nationalists as recently as this past weekend's bloody rally and are the epitome of an organization of integrity who truly gets it from both sides), they just want to impose their views on everyone else, and they truly believe that they are the RIGHTEOUS. This inevitably leads to fascism, do people not understand that? THIS IS OLD NEWS DEARS, you're just figuring this out NOW?? Once you outlaw opinions you don't like, you invariably put your own in danger. And who are you to say what is right? The other side thinks they are right too...
Well, "White Nationalists, and the "Alt-Right" (that we've all lumped together) are obviously murderers and obviously hateful and cannot be allowed to speak. You are a murderer too because you are encouraging them. Hell, you ARE ONE OF THEM."
"Someone DIED so SHUT UP."
These are all ruses. You're not causing someone to die because you said something. You didn't kill someone because you held an opinion and expressed it. You're not responsible for a young woman's death because you're a legal organization who defends free speech. It's much more complicated than that. (Like how the police in Charlottesville recently betrayed the people who normally defend them and threw them to the antifa mob...) What did those Alt-Right marchers actually do? They had a right to march, everyone in this country does. And if no one had bothered them, would anyone have died ( See? I can do that too).
Porn Mascot is the lone female in a band of anarchist anti-fascist anti-rascists who poses nude for them. To represent them.
